Projects photographed here were delivered, or are currently being delivered, by our own teams. Want to see work relevant to your project? Ask us on a consultation — we'll bring the right case studies.
Using the portfolio
Look beyond the finished photograph
The useful question is not whether another project looks exactly like yours. It is whether the team can coordinate the same kinds of structure, services, joinery, finishes and site constraints your project will require.
Residential renovation
For whole-home or multi-room projects, look at how kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, joinery and decoration sit together as one finished scheme rather than isolated trades.
Extensions & lofts
Structural projects need more than a good final image. Ask how planning, engineering, building control, weatherproofing and internal finishes are coordinated before the programme is agreed.
Commercial fit-outs
Commercial work adds access, operating-hours, services and handover constraints. The scope should distinguish essential works, client-supplied items and anything that can affect reopening or occupation.
For your own project
Ask for the most relevant evidence
When you enquire, tell us the property type, postcode, approximate scope and the parts of the finish that matter most to you. If you are comparing contractors, ask each one to explain how they would sequence the work, who owns the programme and what is excluded from the estimate.
Next step
Turn inspiration into a workable scope
Use the portfolio to define the result you like, then use the consultation to test feasibility, budget and programme. A project manager reviews the enquiry first; a site visit is arranged when the property needs to be inspected before a detailed quotation can be prepared.
