Coverage

Where we work

Based in Edgware, North London — working across the capital and the Home Counties.

Our home patch

North & North-West London

Our office is on Station Road in Edgware, so these are the streets we know best — often with a project or a supplier just around the corner.

Across the capital

Greater & Central London

Our residential and commercial teams work across all London boroughs, including:

  • Mayfair
  • Belgravia
  • Knightsbridge
  • Chelsea
  • Kensington
  • Notting Hill
  • St John's Wood
  • Marylebone
  • Islington
  • Highgate
  • Richmond
  • Wimbledon
  • Fulham
  • Clapham
  • Greenwich
  • Canary Wharf
  • The City
  • Shoreditch

Beyond the M25

The Home Counties

Larger projects — extensions, whole-house renovations and commercial fit-outs — take us throughout the South East:

  • Hertfordshire
  • Middlesex
  • Surrey
  • Essex
  • Kent
  • Buckinghamshire

How coverage works

Start with the postcode, scope and timing

Distance is only one part of project suitability. The type of work, access, programme and specialist trades required also affect how we schedule a job.

01

Send the location

Give us the full postcode or area, the work you have in mind and an indicative budget. Photos or plans are useful if you already have them, but they are not required to start.

02

Project-manager review

The enquiry enters the Hamiltonn project system and is assigned for follow-up. We confirm whether the scope is within our coverage and identify any information needed before pricing.

03

Agree a site visit when needed

Where the property needs inspection, measurement or a closer look at access and existing conditions, the project manager agrees the appointment with you before scheduling it.

Local rules

Planning and building control depend on the address

Local planning authorities, conservation controls and the planning history of a property can change what is possible. Building-regulations approval is a separate question. Our local pages link to the relevant council starting point, and our planning guide explains the main checks without replacing property-specific professional advice.

Project types

One service area, several project routes

Coverage includes focused room upgrades and wider renovation work. Start with the service closest to your project: renovation, extensions and lofts, kitchens, bathrooms or commercial fit-outs.

Start the conversation

Planning a project in your area?

Tell us the postcode and the plan. We will confirm coverage during follow-up and, where a site visit is appropriate, agree the appointment with you before it enters the project calendar.
