Video Doorbells & Access Control
See and speak to whoever's at the door from the sofa or another country. Deliveries managed, visitors logged, and trusted access granted remotely — without a key under the mat.
The service
What we deliver
The front door is where security meets daily convenience. A good video doorbell means never missing a delivery, screening callers from the sofa or another country, and a recorded history of everyone who's knocked.
We install doorbells wired properly (no six-monthly battery ritual), angle them for faces rather than foreheads, and pair them with smart intercoms and gate releases where properties need controlled entry.
What's included
- Wired video doorbells installed and angled correctly
- Two-way audio configured on every phone
- Delivery and caller history retained
- Gate intercoms and remote release where needed
- Chime and quiet-hours configuration
- Integration with locks, lights and CCTV
Why it pays off
What you gain
Answer from anywhere
See and speak to whoever is at the door from your phone — upstairs, at work or away — and keep a record of every caller.
Control who comes in
Fobs, keypads and phone-based entry let family, staff and regular trades in without spare keys under the mat, and access can be withdrawn in moments.
Wired-in reliability
Where possible we fit wired doorbells and entry panels, so you are not caught out by flat batteries or a doorbell that keeps dropping off the Wi-Fi.
How it works
Three steps, no surprises
Survey and recommendation
We look at your door, any existing bell or intercom wiring, and the Wi-Fi signal at the threshold, then recommend a doorbell or entry system that suits the property rather than a one-size-fits-all kit.
Neat installation
Panels and doorbells are fitted square, sealed against the weather and wired tidily, with door releases and latches adjusted so everything works smoothly first time.
App setup and demonstration
We link the system to the household's phones or handsets, set sensible notification levels and show everyone how to answer, speak and release the door.

Common questions
Wired or battery doorbell?
Wired, wherever possible — constant power means no charging, faster wake-up and better video. We can usually reuse existing chime wiring or add discreet cabling as part of the install.
Can it release a gate or communal door?
Yes — paired with compatible intercom and release hardware, visitors can be spoken to and admitted from your phone. We specify the right combination for the property rather than forcing one brand.
