Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated: 23 July 2026. This policy explains how Hamiltonn Home Improvement — the trading name of Hamiltonn Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 15023569, registered office Flat 1, 117 Station Road, Edgware, England, HA8 7JG ("we", "us") — handles personal data collected through this website, www.hamiltonn.org, and in the course of providing our services.
1. The data we collect
- Enquiry and estimate data. When you submit an estimate request or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, project location, service interest, budget range and your project description.
- Correspondence. Records of your communications with us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and prepare estimates (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- To deliver and administer projects you commission from us (performance of a contract).
- To send project and resource updates you have requested (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep records we are legally required to hold, such as accounting records (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Where your enquiry goes
Estimate requests submitted on this website are forwarded securely to our project-management platform at app.hamiltonn.org, operated by us, where they are handled by our team as sales enquiries. Anti-spam checks are applied before forwarding.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only functional storage: a small local-storage entry that remembers your cookie-notice choice. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Server logs described above are kept by our hosting platform for security purposes.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with: our hosting and IT providers (as processors), professional advisers where necessary (for example insurers or accountants), specialist subcontractors and professionals engaged on your project (only the details they need), and authorities where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Enquiry records that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Project and contractual records are kept for 6 years after completion to meet legal, warranty and insurance obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, call us on 020 3411 1104 or write to the registered office above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Security
Data submitted through this website is transmitted over HTTPS, validated server-side and forwarded to our platform without being stored on the public web server. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Questions? Call 020 3411 1104 or write to the registered office.
