Site survey & estimate
We visit the property, measure up, check the practicalities — access, structure, services — and follow up with a clear written estimate broken down by stage, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Design & planning
Where drawings, structural calculations, planning permission or party-wall agreements are needed, we coordinate them — working with your architect or introducing trusted professionals from our network.
The build
A dedicated project manager runs your job to an agreed programme. Trades are sequenced properly, the site is kept clean and safe, and you get regular progress updates — no surprises.
Snagging & handover
Before we call a project finished, we walk it with you against a detailed snag list. Every line is closed off before handover — the last five per cent matters as much as the first ninety-five.
Aftercare & guarantee
Our workmanship guarantee backs every project, with a 10-year structural warranty on qualifying structural work. If anything needs attention after handover, one call is all it takes.
