Feature Walls & Wall Coverings
Venetian plaster with real depth, wall panelling from Shaker to fluted, and wide-format papers hung pattern-matched and bubble-free. One wall can change the whole room.
The service
What we deliver
One considered wall can carry an entire room. Polished Venetian plaster with real depth, panelling from classic Shaker to fluted oak, or a wide-format paper hung invisibly — features that look architectural rather than applied.
Our plasterers, carpenters and paperhangers each do their own trade, which is why the corners meet, the pattern matches and the finish survives daylight at a low angle.
What's included
- Venetian and polished plaster finishes
- Wall panelling — Shaker, fluted, slatted, bespoke
- Designer wallpapers and murals, pattern-matched
- Textured and speciality coverings
- Integrated lighting within panelling where wanted
- Perfect preparation so features stay flawless
Why it pays off
What you gain
Instant Character
Panelling, wallpaper or textured coverings give a room a genuine focal point without the cost or disruption of a full renovation.
Craftsman Installation
Crisp mitres, level battens and perfectly matched pattern repeats. The details that separate a bespoke wall from a weekend project.
Designed for the Room
We choose the treatment to suit the room's light, proportions and existing decoration, so the feature lifts the space rather than fighting it.
How it works
Three steps, no surprises
Design & Samples
We discuss the look you are after, measure the wall and bring samples of mouldings, papers and finishes so you can approve the design at full confidence.
Surface Preparation
Walls are made sound, flat and properly lined or primed first. It is the unglamorous stage that makes the finished wall look effortless.
Installation & Finishing
Panelling is fitted, caulked and painted, or paper is hung with matched repeats and trimmed edges, then the room is cleaned and handed back.

Common questions
Which rooms suit a feature wall?
Bedheads, chimney breasts, dining rooms and entrance halls are naturals — anywhere the eye lands first. We'll advise where a feature adds drama and where a calmer scheme serves the room better.
Is Venetian plaster durable?
Very — properly applied and sealed it outlasts paint by years and gains character with age. It's a genuine artisan finish, which is why we use specialists rather than a decorator with a trowel.
