What does 'graded' mean?
UK alarms are graded 1–4 for resistance to attack; insurers often specify Grade 2 for homes and Grade 2–3 for commercial risks. We confirm any insurance stipulation and certify the installation accordingly.
Is professional monitoring worth it?
If the property stands empty often, holds high value, or an insurer requires it — yes. For many homes, instant phone alerts plus nearby keyholders work well. We'll lay out both options without pushing subscriptions.
